HI! I am Ashley Simon Gordon. I currently live in Jacksonville, FL but am on my way to Siciliy Italy as my husband is being stationed there (Go Navy!). I am a retired D1 collegiate softball player and a NPC bikini competitor, now switching to wellness! After graduating from college and having no real direction in exercise and nutrition, other than what I had done for years to excel in my sport, I felt the need to learn more for life outside of athletics. That lead me to competing, and since then I have gained a passion for all things health and fitness and I am thrilled to guide others to find their own passion in it as well!
