Assistant Coach

My name is Cary Tran, I am 28 years old. I graduated from Gwinnett Technical College with an associate degree and is a certified HVAC tech. 

I am the oldest of 3. Growing up with my two younger brothers we’ve always stayed fit and active with all kind of sports. We love competing with one another to see who was the strongest but mainly for the aestheitics. As I’ve gotten older I fell more in love with the fitness world. It became a lifestyle for me. 

I decided to compete in my first body building show in 2020 and placed 1st. In the midst of it all, I became more determined, focused, driven, and more discpline with eating and training. I’ve always told myself if you want something badly, work hard and own it. 

My passion is to help others change their lives in the simplest and most realistic way. I believe everyone deserves to be happy and healthy whether it’s getting back in shape, building confidence, or being the best version of themselves. I’m looking forward to  helping you achieve your goals, so let’s get to it.
