LORI DENNY
Assistant Coach
My name is Lori Denney and I am a wife as well as a mother to two children.
I have always been active in fitness and sports, starting at the age of 6 in running cross country and placing top 25 in the nation at the age of 12. I later on played high school basketball and softball, as well as basketball in the collegiate level for the University of West Georgia.

Being active was never a problem as I enjoyed participating in physical activities, but I never could out work my bad diet. I depended on group fitness classes after I hung up the jersey, then CrossFit and Olympic weightlifting and finally after a referral from a friend, found Rise and never looked back.

Through the mentoring, learning and programming from Rise, I was finally able to achieve my dream of competing in a bodybuilding competition as a figure competitor at the age of 40. It’s never too late to begin achieving your goals. So let me help you “turn your one day into day one.
